Purpose of Judy Wanner's visit

　　Judith Wanner was invited to serve as an instructor of English Training Program for Library and Information Science at the China Agricultural University Library. Ms Pan Wei, the vice librarian of CAU library was the project’s leader.

The Course Description: 16 Credit Course on Information Resources Organization and Management. (One hour = 1 credit)

Participants: Approximately 30 Academic Liaison Librarians and Information Literacy Teachers from China Agricultural Universities studies together as one group.
Methodology: The course included lectures, case studies and analysis, group discussion, and other exercises to improve students' competences in listening, speaking, reading and writing. Work may be done in small groups. A teaching manual will be provided.
Evaluation: There were some examinations/graded exercises during the training classes and a final exam. Each student was be awarded a certificate for completing the course based on the final examination.
